Everything was great at this hotel except for the breakfast. I never experienced such a poor breakfast from any hotel in all of Turkiye. Nothing was fresh and there was barely any food. No fresh juice, only tea or Nescafe was offered. When we saw a Turkish family arrive for breakfast they were treated completley different and offered table service with freshly prepared breakfast.

Loved the staff and service from day one. Yusuf, in the restaurant is the absolute best in this field. Both my wife and I felt like family to them. Even though our trip was only 4 nights, thanks to Yusuf and the chef Remzi, each day was special, delicate and pleasant for us. Thank you dear Sera lake resort staff for the unforgettable experience. We fell in love with Turkey and the people thanks to your exceptional human qualities. I wish you never ending love my friends.

Literally everything was more than perfect, a special thanks to Wessam she’s the most welcoming person, she made sure that everything goes smoothly, without her the vacation wouldn’t be that perfect, and a huge love for the chef Ramez, he’s so friendly and the food was more than amazing really, i ate that best cheese plate ever by him and the bakeries by the talented chef Rabya was so delicious really, and also the restaurant manager was very kind and always taking care of everyone and made sure that everyone is satisfied, and also the receptionist Arwa was very very helpful and all her recommendations was very helpful and good. Finally a thank you for Wessam is really not enough she deserves a more than thank you, I delayed my plan 7 hours just to enjoy the morning by the amazing chef Ramez and to see wessam and thank her 🤍

I have been traveling for ten years to Europe, the US, and Turkey, but this resort was exceptional. The staff is very helpful, especially Wissam and the Turkish guy Huzayfa. The location is built for relaxation, situated on Sera Lake. Additionally, the rooms are isolated and spacious enough to enjoy your stay. The room's TV had a wide range of channels in different languages, including Arabic channels. They offer private and public trips to visit tourist places such as Uzungol and Ayder Plateau. Each trip costs around $140 for a family of four. The hotel also manages a driver with a private car named Ibrahim (+905374500151), who was incredibly helpful in visiting most of the Trabzon areas through him. I highly recommend the resort.

I chose this hotel for the location and I was right it was the best choice out of the noise and pollution of the city, but so near to it. Beside the fantastic location and of course view, i discovered a place I want to go back every time I am in Trabzon and also I want to recommend to my friends. The service is amazing, the workers are all very kind, profession and loving people always trying to help out and make their guests feeling at ease. The breakfast in the terrace is by far one of the best I had on all my life. Not mentioning the breathtaking view.. The room has everything you need to feel a king on the hill: very comfortable very warm, the bathroom is big with bath tube and a lot of fantastic hot water. The spa is open until late which gives the opportunity to enjoy a full day of activities and then relax in sauna or steam bath or with a massage with the 2 balinese sweet ladies or the super professional manager of the spa. They also have a gym in the spa where everything is perfectly working . Everything and everywhere is Super clean! Thanks to all the staff for the magical staying!
