Sera Lake Resort Hotel Spa & Aparts

Hotel was cosy and nice Super view with the lake and the snowy mountain . The back of the hotel also had a panoramic view of the ocean. Room was super spacious and balcony was nice. Breakfast area had indoor and outdoor options. Free parking space .you would need to rent a car in trabzon hence parking is important. Mrs Wesam and the reception girls (1 turkish and 1 Indonesian) were very friendly and smiling. They acted fast if we had any inquiry. Also we tried the turkish Hammam experience and it was good.

View, facilities, room size and housekeeping, nice breakfast, hotel restaurant/room service was cheaper than outside restaurants in City Centre. Last but not least the amazing staff. Special thanks goes to Wessam for being a great hostess, helping with translations, late trip bookings and any requests. Another Arabic speaker was Jinan, who was super nice as well. Thank you Sera Lake!

The staff were so friendly and the hotel has a great view of the lake. Many staff speaking Arabic made it easier to communicate, and they were very helpful. The Royal Suite was spacious and amazing, We really enjoyed the stay.

Thanks so much Sera lake hotel for your super hospitality, the hotel was so nice with a wonderful breath taking view on the Lake and the green mountains, I want to thank Arwa our receptionist for being very helpful and so nice and for adding the breakfast for free to our reservation, it was a very nice gesture ♥️ also for preparing an excellent trip to Uzungol with Ibrahim the best tour guide and driver ever, also want to thank Utku the night shift manager for his kindness, many thanks also for Osman the restaurant Garson, he was very keen to give us the best experience, also thanks to Sevvall she was very nice with us in the restaurant and vey helpful, I’m sure that my next visit will be on Sera lake hotel 🙏🏻

I loved waking up to the view every morning. The rooms were very clean. We had a little trouble checking in because they had gotten our rooms mixed up but they compensated us beautifully and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Breakfast was delicious, with different soups and items daily. You could get omelets and eggs customized daily. The staff was always very attentive, kind and caring. They made sure everything was taken care of promptly. There was always someone around to help, no matter the time of day. We enjoyed the little gym they had at the lower floor. W enjoyed lunch outside on the terrace and breakfast daily.
